Reservations over 8 days, discount on the price list
The rate includes:
- Breakfast for the rooms from 8.00 to 10.00from am
- Breakfast for the apartment, extra and on request
- Bed linen and towels.
- Daily room cleaning and towel change on alternate days.
- Daily change of linen is required for a supplement of 5 € per person.
- Single use, 20% discount on room rate (not applicable in August)
- The cost of overnight stay is increased by 10%.
- Possibility of extra bed or cot on request.
- Children 0/3 years old are our guests. Breakfast on request
- Rates do not include the city tax fee of € 1.00 per person per day.
- Animals only on request, with a single supplement of €30.00 per animal.
- Indoor parking inside the property.
- Free WiFi.

- Check-out: by 10:30 am
- Any arrival at different times must be communicated in advance.
- Canceled reservations will be subject to penalties as follows:
Cancellation policy:
– Up to 15 days before the arrival date, no penalty;
– On 15 days to 7 days before arrival, the deposit will be transformed into a coupon vacation to use within 10 months.
– On 7 days before the arrival date, 100% penalty.
– For reservations canceled in August there is no reimbursement of the deposit.
– Extensive reductions in the length of your stay are considered as cancellations and counted to 50% of their actual value.
