Stellina is a 60m2 apartment, welcoming and bright with kitchen and bathroom with complete bathroom fixtures and shower. The bedrooms overlook the green area of the Masseria while the glass door at the entrance opens onto the pergola. Like all accommodation it has a wooden table and chairs located under the pergola. It has a Lecce stone floor and a wooden pitched roof with tiles and roof tiles.
It consists of an entrance with a kitchen wall, from here we enter both a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a hallway that leads to the bathroom and the large bedroom with a canopy double bed. Possibility of adding a single bed per room or a cot on request. The bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer and parking is inside the structure.
The apartment is for 4 people but can become for 5 people.
Possible solutions:
Cleaning of the apartment is the responsibility of the guest but can be agreed every two days, when the towels are changed.
Weekly change of sheets.
Upon request, daily cleaning, breakfast and machine washing.
Other solutions will be agreed based on the guest’s needs.
